Our Board | Officers | Devina Lacroix
Devina Lacroix is the CEO of Lacroix International Inc. Lacroix International is a diversified, women and minority owned company that ranges from construction contracting and management, to selling various building materials and supplies. The company was originally established in Fountain Valley for six years, but moved to Santa Ana over three years ago to take advantage of the city’s Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone). Mrs. Lacroix is an active member of the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board. She has served on the Board since November 2005, and additionally serves on the Board’s Employer and Customer Service Committee. Mrs. Lacroix joined the Board because she wanted to get involved with an organization that provided assistance to the general community of Santa Ana. As a small business owner, Mrs. Lacroix is aware of the many challenges faced by employers, especially those in the construction industry where work is seasonal, and qualified employees are hard to find. Assisting employers to find qualified employees is one of the services provided by the W/O/R/K Center, which is funded by the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board. Her educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Technology from Columbia Southern University in Alabama and an Associate Degree in Interior Design from Brooks College.
