Donna Lin is the Executive Director of the Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center, wherein she has many responsibilities. Ms. Lin supervises the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to assist older workers in pursuing gainful employment. The goal of SCSEP is to provide job placement for low-income Asian seniors who are 55 years and older and legal residents of the United States. Additional programs she oversees are the health education/prevention and social service including Cancer Control, Mental Health, Senior Employment Program, Senior Health Program and Community Service. Her education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Soochow University in Taiwan. She enjoys being involved in her community by teaching children Chinese. For the past ten years, she has been teaching at two different schools -- Irvine Chinese School and Irvine Cannon Chinese School. In addition, Ms. Lin is involved in different health fairs around the County of Orange. She has been an active member of the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board since July of 2006.
