Judy Chen-Lee is the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center Coordinator. The Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center is a comprehensive One-Stop employment center, funded by the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board, where job seekers can receive employment and training services. In addition to assisting job seekers, the Center also provides various services to employers such as recruitment assistance, tax credit information, and many other services. Mrs. Chen-Lee has been the Coordinator of the W/O/R/K Center since October 2001. She has over 25 years of experience in the workforce development field, and has a proven record in overseeing workforce programs with multiple funding streams and various rules and regulations. Through her dedication and extensive experience in the workforce development field, Mrs. Chen-Lee has played a pivotal role in making the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center become one of the leading One-Stop Centers in California. Some of her responsibilities include contract and grants administration, funding and partnership development, financial analysis and fiscal oversight, and program evaluation. Mrs. Chen-Lee holds a M.Ed degree in Educational Administration from Columbia University, a M.A. in East Asian Studies from St. John’s University, and a B.A. in Chinese Literature from the Chinese Cultural University in Taipei, Taiwan. Mrs. Chen-Lee has been serving on the Santa Ana WIB since July 2006; however, she has attended and participated in board meetings as a staff member for over 5 years. In addition to serving on the Santa Ana WIB, Mrs. Chen-Lee also serves as a committee member of the California State Workforce Investment Board and the Santa Ana Federal Empowerment Zone. She is the former Chair of the California Workforce Association Southern California One-Stop Community.
