Phil Campanelli is the general manager of Embassy Suite Hotel/Orange County Airport North. He oversees 300 suites with 10,000 square feet of meeting space. As a joint role of Director of Sales, he was instrumental in the recruitment of two top Sales Managers. In addition, he has been a Mr. Campanelli understands the concerns of the employee and the customer. He once grew an employee opinion survey from the 70% to 87% overall satisfaction. He had similar effects with customers, where he improved customer service scores from 68% to 89% overall satisfaction.  Because of strong understanding of the workforce, it was only natural for Mr. Campanelli to join the Workforce Investment Board.  Mr. Campanelli has been with the Workforce Investment Board for more than four years – he actively involved as a member the Marketing Committee. Other professional affiliations that he part of include Advisory Board for the Cypress College’s School Business, California Hotel Association Member (Resort Committee – Charter Board of Directors), and others. His educational attainment consists of a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
